JOSE CHALARCA
Jose has been professionally tattooing since 2007, while also serving in the U.S. military. In 2011 he started tattooing full time. Jose is native to Colombia. He attended Montclair State University and graduated with a BFA in Illustration. Guesting with us since 2017, he joined us as a part-time resident artist at HVTC in 2020.
Aside from tattooing, Jose is also a freelance illustrator doing work for small businesses to high profile companies, such as Rock Star Games.
He specializes in tattoos with a strong influence from traditional American tattooing. He also enjoys Japanese, and biker style tattooing.
