ARMANDO MONTERO
Armando started professionally tattooing in 2015 under Tattoos By Lou, Miami. He was born in Caracas, Venezuela and raised in Miami, Florida. He started tattooing at HVTC when he first moved to New York in 2019.
Since 2017, Armando has been studying and specializing in traditional Japanese tattooing, art, and painting.
Armando’s preferred style of tattooing is traditional Japanese, but is also well experienced with fine line, scenery tattoos, black and grey, and American traditional.
